    new solo/girl site help

I've been a lurker for a long time but now it's time to jump in. I've started my first solo/girl site and everything is going good so far. I'm getting ready to open her store to sell autographed items and a DVD we made. I also do all the photography. Recently someone sent me an email asking if they could buy a DVD and get three months of membership by sending a money order. They claimed they were unable to pay in any of the ways ccbill offered. They also said they didn't have a computer and would be using a friends on the weekend.

This makes me wonder if this person may be underage. I've been asked by a few others if they could pay some other way than through ccbill. My question is how do I sell memberships and products such as the DVDs and make sure that they only go to adults and not minors.

If you want to critique my site it's at http://www.julie-clarke.com

i'm not sure what the legalities on this might be.. might be a good idea to ask a lawyer?

I've seen some sites where they let members mail in their membership payments, and they have to sign stating that they are of age. I'm not sure thats enough, possibly have them photocopy a form of ID?

    nice looking site btw.
