    ibill = wankers

    every time I call these people I have a minor stroke, but this message in the CMI today was beyond bad:

    A request to create a new subaccount for account was
    declined by compliance. The following information was recorded:

    Request Description:
    XXXX NEW CCARD ITEM (01/03/2004 17:19:40)

    Decline Reason:
    Other (see comments)

    Comments:
    1/6 The "www" is missing from http://(sitename).com. This sub account had been declined and deleted. Please resubmit with the www.

    hehe next time I go to CMI.ibill.com I'll remind them that you dont HAVE to have WWW to access a server... I suppose they dont know about DNS servers there

        oh my god! I'm told by ibill "Web sites have WWW in front. If it doesnt have www in front then it is not a full URL." I am being told to completely resubmit the subaccount, and that it will likely take ANOTHER week for their "visa compliance department" (1 87 year old blind woman apparently, based on their effectiveness) to clear.

        less than 7 minutes after I submitted and account to epoch it got a join once we're almost a month in with ibill and this shit comes up

          Still on the phone. I've been told that even though the site is completely perfect except for the www. which is only an IBILL requirement, the site is perfect. I've also been told that it will be no less that 72 hours before it can possibly be approved.

                  this is great... we have a site that PIRMARILY sells DVD's thats 90% of the business... I just got another message in the cmi declining the site AGAIN! check this out:

                  Please remove the verbiage stating that you collect credit card numbers, as this is on our secured server. Basically you only need to state what specific information you collect.

                  UPDATE! Now we've been told that, even though we DO collect credit cards for dvd sales, and that this is something we've been doing the whole time, we cant have our privacy policy MENTION that we collect credit card numbers... at least not on ANY page that mentions ibill....

                  ready?
                  We are being asked to lie to our surfers, and say we DONT collect cc's when we do. so... now its either STOP processing with ibill or STOP selling dvd's

                  Ever notice that epoch and ccbill dont put you through these hoops?
