    Did I get this CC-bill issue right?

    I read through all CC-bill threads and came to the following conclusion.
    They are doing nothing wrong at all, they provide a feature that stops rebill payouts to affiliates after a certain time, and they provide information about that to all affiliates. The only people doing something wrong is those that stop rebill payouts to affiliates and it is not in accordance with their TOS.. Those are the ones that are liable for a mayor fucking lawsuit.....

              they are not stopping the rebill...just the payment to webmasters for them

                      The mistake that CCBill made was not making this information available sooner. It is the sponsors that have been stealing, not CCBill (unless you consider 15% to be theft).

                      Never trust any sponsor ever.

                              I'm thankful to ccbill and Corvett. They did listen and responded quick.
                              Look at the others, not answering at all, running away with your money, etc. Ccbill are honest. Their mistake was that they thought all sponsors was honest as well. It is up to you as an affiliate to look out for your sponsors following the agreements set between you and them. Ccbill supply the tools for that now.
