    Can someone explain quickly what has been going on?

              CCBILL has added an option that allows you to see what the payout settings are, including the rebill settings.

              Several sponsors got caught with their pants down having rebills set to 1 or 0 when they claimed to rebill for life.

              Drama ensues.
