I picked the wrong year to quit sniffing glue...

For a noob like me, it's no fun watching the clicks pile up and the money stay at zip. I know it's still relatively small numbers, of course.. glad I have other income sources!

It's funny - I made a sale on 64 clicks to NastyDollars one day. Oh - the sponsor in this thread is not ND.. just a comment.

Is is really that unbelievable? I want 1 signup for every click!! But 1:5,149 would be nice to look at, anyway.

I assume you're linking directly to the sponsor from your gallery, and any click throughs that don't signup are lost...? Kind of a waste IMHO. I would suggest you created a doorway page (fake index/fpa/whatever/) and have some other links or even a rotating pop under to links trades. Atleast you'll get some credit for your traffic and will get new, fresh traffic back from your trades and a another chance for a sale.

5k clicks to a gallery itself is not something to get your panties in a knot. 5k clicks to a sponsor, and you have something to worry about.

ummm...don't believe it works this way...you should be calculating your conversions our of your clicks to your sponsor: ie 1:1213 or whatever...

dont expect too much from tgp galleries

You've got about 1,323 clicks to the sponsor.
You *should* have some sales off of that, even with horrible ratios like 1:500.

Show us your galleries, they could be the cause. If you're using a funky linking text that is even slightly misleading, that could be the cause right there.

I'd be happy with 1:500!!!

I really didn't want to post the sponsor - I'm not bitching about them, but I'd love to see if my galleries are a problem for conversion.
