Isprime is great, good customer support, and its not a $$$ issue... but at this point we need something else, as I mentioned those problems above... we cannot afford to have these problems plague us anymore. We focus on the best quality & member support but there is no point if a significant portion of members keep running into access and server problems and slow download speeds or simply no access at all.
Mutt... true if karup is being hosted by natnet, then I definitely must contact them. Seems to me the ultra-massive karup is problem-free on bandwith issues, downtimes and security -- so if natnet can set us up with something similar to what karup is running on, we'll be in good standing.
