    ESPECIALLY on tit jobs from people who haggle over a couple bucks.

                      hehe.... 1k here too. Best bet is to get at least 1/3-1/2 of your estimated (if you work by hour) price, upfront. Then the rest before you fork over the files.

                                          everyone as bog can write there his situation with client

                                          so every designer starting work with new client can check the list
                                          and decide whether to work with him or not

                                              I don't design for others usually only for myself. But you wouldn't believe the fucking couple of retarded offers I got from some big name reputable people in this biz. Like one time one person offered to buy a tour from me for half price and if it converted well for a few months they would pay me my full design price. WTF? This isn't walmart there's no money back guarantee, not to mention I don't design for anyone unless it's a favor.

                                                          Awesome isn't it, I know what you are talking about. Because my prices are pretty low people always think I am in need of cash quick. Guess what I am not whoring myself, I just work fast mostly lol.

                                                          I had this other design company wanting to hire me for about 1/3 of what I make per month now. When I laughed at their offer they were like oh well I thought you needed the money because of those low prices
