LOL you must stick out like a sore thumb. Its not illegal. Usually right as you cross the border on either coast . They have dudes that sell a doctors visit, they usually charge like $10 or something , and you go intoa shabby doctors office with some crappy doctor and he asks what you want , he writes you a prescription and you go fill it.
If your in tijuana , just go about a block past the first bar as you cross the bridge from san ysidro ( the one with the boxing ring )
