This has become one hell of a long thread and I havent bothered to read through all the posts as I actually have some work Id like to get done today.
What I would like to say though is that this option to shave stats has been available to sponsors for a long time before coming to the knowledge of webmasters at which point CCBill said that they would make it public knowledge.
A few days later this option was infact made visable in your CCBill account screens... no doubt for damage limitation on CCBills part - Look at the timing guys... All programs using CCBill had sufficient warning and Im sure they will have all quickly updated their settings before this option was added for webmasters to see the truth.
The fact that CCBill has been offering this option to programs to begin with is enough for me to simply stop using all programs that use CCBill as a processor - I dont give a shit what their settings are set at now, Im pissed at the $ we have lost before this became public.

AE: There was no advanced communication from CCBill about this. I hope that was intentional to allow the scammers to get caught by their affiliates, but who really knows. We don't shave, never have. We don't rebill either, it's a one shot sale. Strip Kittens was the first program we ever set up with affiliates and some of the very early accounts may have been set to different percentages mainly because the old CCBill Webmaster interface was confusing as hell, especially for a new user like we were.
