Matt, I need it fast and hard to begin with...then steady in the rear. I'm thinking maybe start out with PPS until I've got enough business that I can take the cut to revshare for the sites that do seem to have the best retention.

I think PPS is the way to go for a new webmaster. You need money rolling immediatly . When you got enough aside to invest a little you can go on a good rev-share so you can make more money.

Everyone claims revshare is better in the long run but so far only Lightspeedcash breaks the $35 PPS. I have some ccBill ones that do ok but after fees they tend to fall under $30 PPS pretty fast. And these are all ones that have had traffic sent to them 2003 and I am using 2004 stats so some rebills were in place.Comment

do tests on revshare and if they don't retain, drop them, if they do, send more traffic....Comment

If, once I have my ducks in a row, I decide to switch to revshare on a program or two, and the performance is less than what I was doing with PPS, can I switch back?
