Make sure that you are cross referencing the rebill number with what they advertise on their site.

Some sponsors may advertise that they only pay for 4 rebills or what ever.

Just be sure before you blacklist.

Yup, no problem. Hopefully people realize that some sponsors pay per sign up so it would be normal for them to show no rebills. Hopefully no one jumps the gun. I made sure all the ones I posted are partnership.
