Firstly, you can view this information yourself for all ccbill sponsors you are signed up with.
You have to be using the new CCBill Affiliate Admin. Then click the "Tools" tab. You should see a list of all the sponsors you have signed up for under CCBill, if you used the same account.
Click the "View" link to see the details of each sponsor. It's in those details that you will see the information about recurring subscriptions for that program.
Having said that, I just found this in my stats (personal info removed):
Webmaster Program: Flaming Funds Partner Program (916226-0000)
Payout Percent: 50.00% Trial Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (0) rebills Recurring Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (0) rebills Bonuses: No bonuses
Does this really mean that we didn't get credit for ANY rebills, only the initial signup? If so, I am royally pissed. And I've still got a bunch more sponsors to look at too.

Well we are ccbill-only, but have our rebills turned on for affiliates to that max mode (99 rebills) or something. Lagwagon of FTVCash.com knows more about that, and to this date I dont know how to shave no care to learn how.

If you set your program up with the variable to pay out unlimited rebills or your partners 6 months of rebills. You can build your program anyway you want. The problem lies if you say
"We pay unlimited rebills" and you then enable the feature that allows you to limit the rebills.
It's not the program. It's the webmaster and how they chose to use it.
You can also set it to pay flat rate. you can also group your partners into a higher payout. It has lots of options for modifying and building a very good program.
