You can only add popups in ASF and WMV files.
But I dont think the popups work if you got some new windows updates.
However, download "Windows Media Tools" and add the popups..Comment

I've downloaded Windows Media Tools, and used the Insert > Add URL script, however, how do I add the .WMV file so the URL can be appended to it?Originally posted by salo18

Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
