    Popup windows in video clips

Does anyone know how people add an IE window that pops up at the start or end of a video clip?

I'm speaking of WMV, MPEG's, etc. Nothing Flash related.

You can only add popups in ASF and WMV files.
But I dont think the popups work if you got some new windows updates.
However, download "Windows Media Tools" and add the popups.

I've downloaded Windows Media Tools, and used the Insert > Add URL script, however, how do I add the .WMV file so the URL can be appended to it?

good idea to put on stuff for kazaa.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR.
Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

Does anyone have a step by step tutorial on how to do this?

I downloaded at least 3 different programs that supposedly do this, but I keep getting error messages.

                          just rename it to .asf

It has to be enabled in Win9.
