    this is SPAM - but what the fuck, that is how 85% of us make our money

    Sick of chargebacks? tired of scams?
    This paypal looking service only accept accounts that
    have been verified by the creditcard or bank


    They don?t charge percentages on your payments or sales !!!!!



    Fees

    $1.00 to fund/get cash out of your YowCow account using a bank transfer, check or money order, for amounts up to and including $100 USD; or $2 for amounts over $100 (no limit) (postage fees apply to non-US and non-Australian residents); or,

    4.9% to fund-up your account using your credit card (Mastercard or Visa),

    and 35 cents per transaction, internal or external.
    That?s it. We don?t charge percentages on your payments or sales ? no merchant fees, no monthly fees, and no sign-up fees. We?re trying to keep the business of sending and receiving money simple, realistic and cheap.

      and prob ran out of russia or another place as bad


      I love this part you say it isnt a NEW SITE
      sure looks like it to me from when it was REG , i say a site that is just now 6 months old is a NEW SITE
