Do you get a red status or a light blue status and no numbers?
What happens when you click on the programs in StatsRemote? Are your stats opened in your browser or do you get an error message or a login page? If you get an error message or a login page the username and/or password you entered are probably wrong.
BTW a few programs don't work right now because they changed their stats. Just select 'Help -> Known Problems...' to see the list.
