I think I posted 3 times what the problem was. It was
a weird anamoly with a Net App Filler shelf hardrive crash.
2 Drives exactly. Guess we didnt anticipate 2 drives dying
at once.
NetAPP engineer was on site alll day today. Its fixed
and we are making plans that this will NEVER happen
again.
There will be an annoucement on TCG members area
tomm.
I will have BT post some pics tomm of our data cage
and the guys working on the problem.
Anyways I feel like crap and had 3 hours sleep in past
48 hours so I know you want to bash the shit our of me.
So go ahead now and get it out of your system.
I deserve it.. Fire away,, I am even calling myself
an ass.

sales for this weeks checks. If you arent happy with
the additional money we pay you for this weeks downtime
please let your sales rep know or jay at netmgt and we
will make it good for you.
