I major television network already put up $2 million usd for the production. I signed a non disclosure agreement not to say which network it is......... but it is big. STYLISTIC TREATMENT

NARRATIVE STYLE
Keeping true to the docu-soap genre the narrative style will be based on following the everyday lives of our characters to capture dynamic, captivating and authentic human stories. No narration will be used to add context to these stories. The action, challenges and emotions will unfold in a natural and self-explanatory way.

Three main interviews will be conducted with each of our characters at the beginning, middle and end of our journey with them. These intimate interviews will be used to establish their background, upcoming challenges and goals, and to highlight their progress towards these goals as the summer advances.

A WORD ON NUDITY
The aim of Webmasters is to show and explore the unknown and fascinating lives of a group of charismatic and individualistic characters who live on the periphery of the mainstream. Nudity will be used only when necessary and treated as a normal aspect of our protagonists? work and will never be presented in an exploitative or sensationalist way. All such scenes will be presented in a manner that conforms to current broadcast standards.

SHOOTING
A non-obtrusive, fly-on-the-wall shooting technique will be used to capture the greatest intimacy from situations. The majority of the footage will be handheld, shot with a Sony DSR 500 DV-cam using natural and available light. A second MiniDV camera will be
available at all times for the director to use at his or her discretion. The main interviews will be shot in close-up, on a tripod, in a quiet and intimate setting graced with opulent features. Our characters are stars in their individual online worlds
and the approach to these interviews will be to highlight this larger-than-life aspect of their personalities.

EDITING
A significant amount of time will be given to the editing process to create the most powerful and consistent story arcs. The episodes will not be locked separately, but rather as a whole series to ensure that each of the eight chapters has an equal balance
of dramatic tension and continuity. Transitions between scenes will be innovatively constructed using techniques that mimic a user?s interaction surfing the web. Emoticons and other digital iconic language, such as the speaker icon to symbolize the use of music, or the shut down button to end a program, will be used to remind us of the virtual world that our characters and their clients inhabit. When we need to follow two or more characters simultaneously to compare or contrast their activities, multiple screens will be used to emphasize the juxtaposition of the onscreen content. Performance scenes will sometimes be made to look as streaming video to provide interesting transitions between the action of the live event and it?s final digitized format on the website.

MUSIC
Often described as a new wave of Euro-influenced, synthesizer-flavored music, the dry, tight and low-fi sound of electroclash will provide the ideal musical backdrop for most of
the series. Its sexy, urban and electronic sound will serve as a perfect compliment to the merger of porn, sex and new technologies in the series. Webdreams won?t be limited to just electroclash. Depending on the scene and the situation, other urban music such as glam rock, punk rock, girlie rock and hip-hop etc. will be used. Regardless of the situation the music will always be relevant, fresh and contemporary.
