How come when I received my paypal funds from EpicCash (and anyone else for that matter) four dollars is taken out of the money I made. But when I received funds from ARS, money isn't taken out? Can someone answer this for me?
doesnt paypal charge 2% or something...
my guess would be that some add the 2% to make the payment exact for you and some dont meaning that 2% is deducted...still doesnt explain why its always 4 $ tho...
