right now the adult biz if funding my way out.
In three and one half years I will have enough undeveloped property in western North Carolina to just sit back and put roads though and sell off 2-5 acre parcels every time I need funds.
I love architeture so I would also design and have built several executive estate (spec homes) to sell to the rich Atlanta group every couple of years.
I could never go back to working for someone else. That would be true hell.
