    Anyone know when Verotel gets back into the office?

    I've been trying live help a couple of times per day for a few days and it's always off the air. My email hasn't been replied to, but that is nothing new with Verotel. Anyone know of their holiday schedule?

      I don't know, but we've been setting up with them for a few days now and have had no trouble.

              When we need their tech support, we click on "Help" link in admin area. Small chat opens then and you can chat with somebody in office in real time.

                  We find email is the best for us, that realtime thing doesn't seem to work for our timezone
