How to do a "talk bubble" in photoshop?

Anybody know how to add a talk-bubble to a pic in photoshop?
Isn't there a brush for that?

Use the pen tool or the shape tool to make one.

custom shapes.
Go to your shape tool. select custom shape, then load all the shapes.
If its not there.
Go to
www.actionxchange.com
and go to the custom shapse for PS and download em, their there.

Yep he's right there are several talk bubbles in custom shapes.
Still Hosting at Webair and You Should Be Too

You can better define the shape by going to:
Layer...Layer Style... Stroke
