custom shapes.
Go to your shape tool. select custom shape, then load all the shapes.
If its not there.
Go to
www.actionxchange.com
and go to the custom shapse for PS and download em, their there.-Josh

Yep he's right there are several talk bubbles in custom shapes.

You can better define the shape by going to:
Layer...Layer Style... StrokeComment
