The point here is why should we? This guy has already demonstrated that he is NOT part of our industry and is just taking up server space. If Lens wants to pay the BW so this guy can post about his psycho fantasies, that's his business. But he has nothing productive to contribute to GFY, so he should be banned.
I doubt he is a serious threat as a stalker. If you look at the little tantrums he throws every time I make a post, it is obvious that he is a teenager. My guess is that he lives in a trailer park somewhere and gets on the computer when his mom gets drunk and falls asleep.
