pure commission. if they make an upsale then they get paid on it. if they dont they dont get paid. the more they sell the surfers the more they make the more you make. they dont do shit, they dont get paid and you dont have to fire anyone.

I think what he is asking is no up sells at all and add on to your current members area so you can have live cam girls in your members area like a 24 hour nude chat... It would add stickiness to your sites... that?s where the pay per hour comes in because if they cant up sell then where does the cash come from?? It would be paid out by the webmaster using the girls, but he would make it up by joins to the site as well as the recurring as live girls would keep them around longer in theory...

I think that the rev share idea would have the best potential.

instead of the gile only making 20 per hour, she could make a hell of a lot more. Depending on how many peopl sign up to see her and how long she can keep him rebilling. After a few months that can turn into thousands a week...

If she is a real college student not a girl doing nothing saying she is college student, she doesnt have the time to grow a clientel on the net. Also if they are not paying to see her only their membership fee, why are they going to follow her to pay more? You can prevent the one on ones by telling them they only can give out the email address you control and you monitor them now and then. i've seen the same thing kinda why i started this thread and wanted to see what others input was on it

Some of you sound like the sleazy producers who give this industry a bad name in terms of model treatment.

It's like how some producers will pay $150 for an afternoon of video work, and others will pay $500 for an afternoon of solo photo work to a first time model. Webcam model employers are on both ends of the spectrum too.

Unfortunately many models don't know any better, and the losers of the industry take advantage of them.

Just look at the numbers being thrown around in this thread, it's pitiful. The cam market is not that hard to corner and there is huge money in it, much more than most camhosts realize.

Unless you have a contract , like a friend of mine .He gets so much money for every video he produces, doesnt have to worry about selling it . Just hands in the master tape and gets a check or if your a big company you have distribution and you know if a video meets certain productions guide lines you will sell at least a certain number. For the small web guy when you pay a model you are taking a gamble. There are costs involved in running your company ,all the sweat equity you invested . Like we are going to start producing dvd's I dont know how they will do, so when I am paying a girl I am going to be conservative because I am gambling. Also people act like you pay the girl $500 and you make a million I wish it was that easy. lol

Imlive has this happy hour thing where the camhost get $20 an hour, they all want to get in.
We have a few couples and single girls working with us, they run 4 to 6 sites silmutaneously, and sometimes spend whole hours waiting for a call.

A few months back, they were averaging $70 per hour, but lately it's been more like $25.

If you offer 15 to $20 an hour and do not mind the fact that they will be working on other sites at the same time, then you should have no problems recruiting.

probably something like 25-30 an hour most girls find it hard to do 15-20 minutes in the hour for 8 hours let alone full time non stop.. you'd probably have to have two girls taking turns doing 30min each.
this isn't sitting around talking for 30 minutes then doing a ten minute show. it's working your ass off.

good luck getting them to show up and work though.. it's like herding cats.
