I am also really pissed with Cards Gate. It has been almost a month since this whole Pending shit started and non of my webmasters have got payments. I use them as my secondary processor after CCBill.
But during the past month lots of traffic were sent through to them. Neff promised to have this cleared up last week and still nothing. These guys have disappeared from ICQ as well as Telephones. When you call their number it's always busy. Looks like they've kept it off hook.
I am going to give them a day or two to resolve this Pending transactions once and for all if they don't I am going to get my lawyers to Contact Visa & Master Card International and have them shut off their Merchant accounts and seize all their funds for this shit.
Geeze, at lease have the common courtesy to pick up the phone or keep the site owners and the affiliates informed of what?s going on. But nooooo they come up with all sorts of bull shit excuses each day and hides away when we try to reach em?.
