That the US goverment is slowly implementing a form of mindcontrol. Using a color coded system to condition americans, allowing the goverment to tell them how they should feel.
As soon as the threat level increases. You will notice rights being taken away....
The threat level drops.... the rights dont come back.
Its beyond the scope of this president or his staff; the institution has become corupt.
