Well, I got my visa statement today and he charged me for the sets but never sent them. Furthermore, when I go to paypal to put in a claim regarding this fraud, he has it listed as unclaimed so I can not send in the information.

I talked to Seth a week and a half ago. He said he needed a week to try and recover data or reshoot. I gave him that time and now he's back to ignoring my emails. I'm going to take action to recover my loss, and suggest everyone else do the same at this point.Comment

only $ 40 bucks and I had to send proof to my visa co that I never received the product and paypal took it out my visa.
It's a pain in the butt. Hopefully, it will be back in my account next statement.
Kinda sucks since I really love the guys content. I guess it was to difficult for him to claim the money and send me an url with the content

The guy is just ripping people off now. He didn't answer me for two weeks, so I emailed him from a new address asking how I can pay him for sets and got an answer within an hour. But still no answers on where my content or money is.

He's got a deposit of mine he won't refund. I Paid by PayPal but it's been well over the limit to get it back. However, if you paid by PayPal they are doing an investigation on his account so you should go ahead and file the buyer-complaint form so they know how many people he has stolen from.Comment

Try emailing them through the site with a different email address. Ask them if they take PayPal for payments or some stupid question that might make him a buck. Answered me right quick when I did that. Of course, he just BS'ed me about all of his many problems and still never delivered the content paid forComment
