                          Don't smoke any more, myself, but there are two different kinds.

                          First is quest, tastes like shit, probably worse for you because the nicotine is chemically treated. Never heard of anyone who could smoke a second one without throwing out the pack.

                          The second kind is made by Ligett, not sure if available yet or in beta. Its genetically altered tobaco. Since nicotine is tasteless they say it smokes like the real thing; very intresting product.

                              pot is addicting, it doesnt have nicotine in it. they can be mentally addicting.

                                  Says low, i'd like something with none, nada, zip. Just doing the motion of smoking would help immensely with quiting.
