I agree. If you look at the damn thing it has "mph" on the bottom - inside of the circle. On the top it has "kph" - on the outside of the circle.
The car is a Ferrari, made to be driven in Europe. They don't use miles in Europe. Thus, the mph is in the smaller numbers inside the circle.
