Of course the girls aren't total strangers....the whole scene is fake, but they may have recruited the girl when she was a stranger to the industry.
The risks & legalities wouldn't allow you to just go walking down the street with a camera and fuck the first girl you see in the back of your bus, then put it on the internet. The number of laws that would break; in addition to the risks involved with diseases is far to great for that to be the case.
