BTW, are there any limitations or legal restrictions in the US concening SMS-billing? Will greatly appreciate any info you could give or link you could provide. -

i remember seeing something at google 3 pages deep. also try to googling for mms, software, solutions, mobile. it was 2 months ago, sorry. and it was costly. $20K. so we're working on our own.Comment

for my previous business, I had to negotiate very hard just to work out deals with some wireless providers. but we were always worried that they would steal the idea to do themselves. i don't know what your concept is, but, for mine it was near impossible unless the wireless company got 75-90% commission from our services. may be completely different than what you're planning but don't forget the US just got phone cams.
