It's a high-ticket item, so we try and track as many orders as possible. If you click through your link you'll see how we give credit on phone orders, etc. You do receive the same payout whether or not the client chooses the one-time or deferred payment option. We are more than willing to setup a separate domain for you to send traffic through or some other means of ensuring that absolutely no sales at all slip through the cracks. I'll check your email and we'll kick things off from there.
EDIT: Yes, credit is given on the free testimonial offer. Also, we make no deductions at all in the event of a chargeback, refund, return, etc.
