Just because someone is bigger it doesnt mean they have limited mobility or energy. Yes a good deal do, But personaly I am not one of them.
I love to swim, I dont own a car so I walk everywhere. I dont like stairs,not because I get winded from being heavy but because when I was a kid I fell down a flight of stairs and messed up my knee/hip/thighbone(bad injury).
There for I take them slow as not to re-injur my leg(clumbsy). Um.. I love to dance and can easily dance for long periods of time.(intense dancing simular to arerobics, But I cant describe it unless you have ever been to an industrial/ebm club in so cal). I can run for short distances(once again with the leg issue) I am very flexable (hehe good for certain..activities.)
And yes i do know some girls that are bigger and even some that are 100-200 lbs smaller then me that get tired walking,ect. So I can understand the whole thing of thinking bigger people are slower, but that is not always the case.
Weight doesnt always have to do with mobility. There can be other health factors involved.
