I lived on Kauai for 10 years as a kid.. and visited 10 years back.
they had some nice condos there with your own private beach.Comment

Hi,
We have stayed in maui the last 3 years. Stay a a minimum of 2 weeks.
We have stayed all 3 times in Wailea. Probably the nicest resort area in all of Hawaii. All though the hotles are cool, in particular the Grand Wailea and the Kea Lani ( have stayed at both ) the best way to go is a condo and if you can afford it, The Palms at Wailea is awesome. 1 and 2 bedroom condos, full kitchens, water views, in suite laundry and much more. Very nice. For 16 nights it cost us about $3,000. Close to everything.
Your own barbeque, 2 lanais, air conditioned, pool, hot tub, really top of the line. Their are cheaper ways to do it and as mentioned in an earlier post, Lahaina or Kihei are more economical but not nearly as nice accomodations.Comment

Oahu: Good fir any kind of visit, and cheapest packages overall, with a lot to do.
Hawaii (big Island): Great for bikin & nude photography
Maui: Great family place
Kauaii: Good for honeymoon action
Its raining here right now though, been shitty storm weather for a week, not cool when you're trying to do nude sunset shoots at the beach.Comment

Here are some of the things that people like to do when friends & family come to visit.
Oahu: Germaine's Luau, Polynesian Cultural Center, shopping at Ala Moana, hangout in Waikiki, surfing at North Shore, windsurfing in Kailua.
Big Island: Go to the Volcano Park, hiking, hanging out at the beach.
Maui: Go to Lahaina, rent mopeds and cruise around the island and take pictures.
Kauai: Take a helicopter tour.
There's alot more to do, but those are just a few ideas. It is cold and rainy here right now so I would wait for the weather to clear up.Comment
