      The knock against them has been that they oversell connections and poor peering arrangements.

      High latency is a result.

              Everybody oversells their connections to an extent. But they did it to the point of noticeable network slowdowns.

              They appear to have gotten lot better though.

                                  Cogent in a BGP mix of several other upstreams - better.

                                  No Cogent in my upstreams configuration - best.
