    The last 24 hours have been very.......

    .....Educational

    Last night, I decided to make the 360 mile round trip drive to have dinner in Seattle with one of my attorneys as well as 2 business associates. I learned a few things there then headed back to Portland....BTW...Thanks for picking up the tab IKE. (No matter what you say....El Gaucho beats the hell out of The Met )

    This week, the First Amendment Lawyer's Association is having a conference in Portland. This means that about 80 of the nations top first amendment attorneys are in town.

    NOT Eric M. Bernstein because he is not a member of that group....Which may explain why he is supporting keepmyrecords.com.....But we won't get into how blatantly illegal that service appears to be in the opinions of the FALA members I have spoken with......

    Anyway...Back on topic......

    I was able to ask a lot of questions and get some clarification and even a correction on an issue that I have been misunderstanding.

    Overall....It's been a very educationally profitable last 24 hours for me.

    If you have any unanswered legal questions....especially about 2257, I strongly recommend that you contact one of the 4 people linked above. You may be pleasantly surprised at how affordable an hour or two consultation can be.

                                                                  Lawyers are crooks, charging hundreds per hour for the same shit they tell people over and over.

                                                                  If I were a lawyer, I would publish all kinds of info/faq regarding these issues. It would provide very good publicity and drive me more customers in exchange.
