Last night, I decided to make the 360 mile round trip drive to have dinner in Seattle with one of my attorneys as well as 2 business associates. I learned a few things there then headed back to Portland....BTW...Thanks for picking up the tab IKE.

This week, the First Amendment Lawyer's Association is having a conference in Portland. This means that about 80 of the nations top first amendment attorneys are in town.

NOT Eric M. Bernstein because he is not a member of that group....Which may explain why he is supporting keepmyrecords.com.....But we won't get into how blatantly illegal that service appears to be in the opinions of the FALA members I have spoken with......

Anyway...Back on topic......

I was able to ask a lot of questions and get some clarification and even a correction on an issue that I have been misunderstanding.

Overall....It's been a very educationally profitable last 24 hours for me.
