Sorry guys maybe I should have explained it in a 1-2-3 step way so you could understand.

1. Cold contact someone by email or ICQ
2. Call them and talk to them about the program (hard to call if you dont have their number from the previous contact methods)
3. everyone is happy.

I HATE getting called by sales reps. Nothing aggrivates me more. UNLESS I expect the call because it was planned.
