The Los Angeles Lakers continued their roster changes today by trading Gary Payton and Rick Fox to the Boston Celtics for Chucky Atkins, Marcus Banks and Chris Mihm.
The Celtics also get a conditional first-round draft pick and cash. The Lakers get a second-round pick.

lakers got fucked on that deal...marcus banks will be good eventually..he use to play for my home town and hes from las vegas

This is the best news for the lakers this year, Payton and fox were both getting old, Now they have a point guard that will bring the ball up and not cry, and they have a big body to get rebounds, so they can pass the ball to kobe and lamar odom to score the points, Basically what the lakers are doing are the same thing that chicago bulls did back in the days when they won all those championships without a real center, I like the direction the lakers are going, and I would not doubt it if they come in second or third in the division....

Get ready for one season....

BTW, Tri-Tech will have some suites for upcoming laker games, so if anybody is interested in going to some laker games, please let me know....
