    8:45 in the morning and i cant sleep...

    This has been going on for weeks now...

    I wont make it till the evening to get a normal night rest. I will fall asleep on the couch at 2 afternoon or so till 8...

    So fucked up...

      This happens to me whenever I sleep in, but I always manage to force myself to stay up for the next 36 hours or whatever so I can resume normal sleeping patterns...

      Caffeinate yourself until midnight

                      exactly like me, it's called insomnia, and the only way i find that i can cure it is by going to the bar at 7pm, drinking all night til about 2am then go home, no problems sleeping then

                          start taking some melatonin about an hour or two before you need to sleep...and force yourself to go lay down about 1 hour before you need to sleep and just read....drink some good tea and focus on your breathing to help keep your mind clear while falling asleep after you're done reading...

                              You should try to go to bed at the same hour and to wake up at the same hour for a period, in other words you have to do a regular life if you want to sleep regularly

                                      The important thing is to get up around the same time each day. If you sleep longer, of course you won't be able to fall asleep in the evening.

                                                                              Cleaning lady just left...couldnt sleep anyway because of the vacuum cleaner noise...

                                                                              Im gonna try to make it 3 more hours and then to bed!

                                                                              Now lets hope i wont wake up in the middle of night...that always happens when i try to sleep early.
