I need some help with ie. It's very slow and when I should open a link in a new window from a page I have to close the current page in order for the link to pop up in the new window...fuck this shit

Sounds strange - you can try checking if DNS is off.
ipconfig /flushdns

Go to
Start->Run> type in cmd, click ok
Then type in "ipconfig /flushdns"

Im not sure. Ive had problems running java content and weird things happen to IE.
