I agree to an extent. I like your train of thought. make it for example a
VIP CLUB (what a great name/domain that would be)
that everyone wants to be a member of, in fact send them a vip club card that's good at events/promotions/parties/contests/nightclubs, etc. And you need exclusive content, plus celebrity status/partnership (B/C LIST) would be great. But taking years to build it... that's the risky/sticky part. And it doesn't even need to be focused on hardcore porn. Something members might be proud to wear on a tshirt. Maybe not even porn, maybe something walking the fine line between mainstream & adult, maxim meets playboy, etc...
ahh.. wishful thinking.
but hopefully @ $99/month, it's not chargeback hell
