    How to receive money in internet?

    After we got a merchant account, then what?

    Also, I've heard service like ccbill, or iBill will do that sort of thing for us. In fact they have some affiliate programs built in. The thing is I want programs that will actively kick out spamming affiliate rather than use that as justification to fuck my money.

    Also, Paypal is not available in Indonesia. What are the other alternatives? Are those alternatives popular?

                                                  Even if there are several ways to make money in internet, I need expert like you to tell me which one is great. I've heard problem in ccbill, for example.
