I hate it, I do it often and not always getting work done. In fact, the longer I sit my ass down here the less amount of work seems to get done, so I suggest breaking often if you really want to be productive...unlike myself...

Most on the time I love the work I am doing, but offcause some days, I really hate shitting in front of the computer.
And a other thing I hate is that I can take on any trips anymore, because I am allways affriad about what is going to happened to my sites, if one big trade stop, and I am forcing hits to him, will my site be dead when I get back.SIG TOO BIG!
