Its really easy to install AGP
Just follow the simple steps at the instruction.
For the cropping feature ImageMagick needs to be installed.
If you chmod all the directories correct, the rest will be done automated. Just read the installation instruction ;)Comment

You usually can't see the perl directory, but it is usually one of those 2 mentioned earlier, so try the install with each of those and see what happens.
Also look for the FAQ on your host site, they usually tell you where to find the perl dir.
Seriously, take your time, read the instructions, and do this yourself. You won't learn anything from somebody doing it for you, and you can't get much easier than AGP.
