These days the new riddims are aiming too much to please urban youths and forgetting the real history of shit.
I can say this, since I'm from the caribbean
How big is your reggae archive btw?

I have more reggae then any other kind of music. When I go to Jamaica I buy everything that's hot, stay up to date on the singers and dancehall. I probably leave Jamaica with like 70 CD's each time, mostly cool compilations. Been there 4 times now. I also pick up Reggae CD's when traveling different parts of the world, some good finds if you're heads up enough to look for it while in different cities.
Man, don't have any idea how many reggae tunes I have, but it's a lot.
