If men really thought they could get more women and pleasure women more affectively being cut, the hospitals would be overloaded with men trying to get cut tommorrow. Men like to get laid as often as possible and like to know they pleasure their partners.
The fact is that for most of us who are uncut, we prefer it this way because we don't experience problems with cleanliness nor do we face problems of rejection by females that have an irrational averse reaction to a small piece of extra skin. We're rewarded for it
