Yes, AGP have a powerful online cropping tool for your thumbnails and yes, theres a rotator included.
Autogallery SQL have also a clicktracking feature. It counts the hits to every gallery and rebuild your site based on the clicks. Dunno ... but i think it will increase your prod. I dont know it because i am not in need of that feature so i am using "only" AG Pro. Its your choice

How many people use a script illegally or use a free one because the good ones all cost to much fucking money?
It is like photoshop... I know about 1000 people who use it regularly and I know about 5 or 6 who actually bought it. If they priced it at $125 I might think about buying it and they would make a fucking killing because it would be a house hold product. Well, it is a house hold product, just no one bought it.
TGP software is the same way. Unless you guys are trying to keep your software out of the hands of everyone, save an elite few who can afford it, you are doing a shitty job of selling it.Comment

Think about it this way. You spend between 80 and 500 hours writing a program. Make it work on several platforms, with various hosting companies restrictions. During this time, its hard to make any money doing anything else. You work 10+ hours a day to make a QUALITY product because you want your name to be worth something. What you get in return is that people tell you that you should make $25.00 for those weeks that you spent... even if 40 people bought it at that price (not likely, even at that price) those weeks would net you just under minimum wage. NOW. Remember that shortly after 90% of the people install it, they will send you threatening emails to the tune of "you motherfucker, I spend nearly THIRTY dollars and your script is SHIT!" of course when you tell him that the REQUIREMENTS said PHP and his 8.00 a month host only supports 3 or 4 specific perl scripts you just have to smile and suggest he get real hosting.Originally posted by V_RocKs

I pride myself on my support. ap|tgp is an infant. I can't very well charge what I believe it is worth based on the time I have spent ($150/domain) when I know with great certainty that it is not as good as other scripts for the same price or less. Do you know how many times per day I refer people to Comus? Because when people come to me and say that want a mission-critical solution I can't sell them my script. It is too new. I take a huge loss on this project every day - but some day I hope it grows into something great. I try to improve the efficiency of my coding practices just to make sure I can provide the best script at the best price. I have sold this script for $25 under the simple condition that I want feedback...and feedback I have received. The next major update will be comparable to some great scripts out there - and to tell you the truth, I think I'm going to continue selling it for $25. The last thing I wantt is to sit around all day waiting for someone to buy it. I would rather have all kinds of people buying it for nearly nothing and telling me what sucks, and what they like. It makes me feel good, it motivates me, and it provides more of YOU with an opportunity to own something GOOD for a FAIR PRICE. Who does that hurt other than my competitors? It's the good ol' fashioned American way and I'm proud of it

Autogallery Sql is fine, but you cannot have 2 different size thumbnails on the same page, just one, and if you got a table with regular and permanent galleries, you CANNOT put that table below and put the today's table above, i mean you can do that with regular galleries, but if i have 5 tables with permanent galleries all the tables are updated every day. I want the whole thumbnail table to appear as yesterday when the date changes.
I'd like to hear how this work with other scripts.
