Oh, you're probably watching the new degrassi, I have not watched that one, but I watched the older series when I was younger. The show had a lot of subjects no other show at the time would tackle, suicide, aids, abortion, all affecting the students. I'd imagine the new one would be as 'educational' as the older one.Comment

I loved Degrassi when I was younger, and now the new one is on, it is pretty good too. But nothing compares to the original, definately classic Canadian TV.
