They all resell atrivo, so logically its their uplink provider Atrivo who has a problem. Since all these networks buy from Atrivo at the same point especially because they are all in the same data center, they set themselves up for a big loss if that *ONE* provider suffers a hit.

85% of adult hosts do NOT, they're mostly shitty resellers of shitty bandwidth. Jupiter, NatNet, ISPrime and a couple others have real networks with real BGP4 connectivity.
