yeah, I've heard from a few who have seen it about the comparisons to Se7en...
Yeah, it's weird it was pushed back from Septmeber 17th to October 1st, but maybe they wanted it out closer to Halloween as the word of mouth has been pretty good (at least in the horror circles).
It'll be interesting to see Danny Glover in something where he doesn't keep saying "I'm getting too old for this shit" ;-)
I have high hopes for Open Water as well (especially the more read about it). The fact they are working with real sharks and not mechanical ones should add to the realism.
